A nurse received a Complaint from the Massachusetts Nursing Board after self-reporting an issue that resulted in her license not being renewed in error. As a result of the error, Attorney Riccio’s client technically practiced without a nursing license and self-reported the incident to the Board. After investigating the Complaint, the Board of Registration in Nursing (BORIN) dismissed the complaint.
