Attorney Riccio’s client, a nurse, received a Notice of Complaint from the Board of Registration in Nursing (BORIN) in April 2025. The client was alleged to have assaulted a co-worker while on break at work. After responding to the Complaint, the Nursing Board dismissed the complaint in December 2025.
