Attorney Riccio’s client received a Notice of Complaint from the Nursing Board in response to criminal charges brought against them. Attorney Riccio was able to show there was insufficient evidence to substantiate that any standards of the nursing practice were violated thereby resulting in a dismissal of the Complaint.
