April 6, 2023: Attleboro District Court

  • Improper Storage of Firearm
Result : Attorney Riccio negotiated a plea deal with the prosecution where the firearm charge was amended to Improper Storage of Ammunition and continued without a finding ("CWOF") for 30 days thereby resulting in a dismissal of the charge.

Result:Attorney Riccio filed a Motion to Dismiss arguing a lack of probable cause on Count 1 charging his client with Assault w/ Dangerous Weapon. After a hearing on the motion, the judge agreed with Attorney Riccio's argument and allowed the Motion to Dismiss. Count 2 was dismissed prior to arraignment.
